Exciting News!!

The Raymond Public Library is happy to introduce Videoconferencing at our library! Videoconferencing is a set of interactive telecommunication technologies which allow two or more locations to interact via two-way video and audio transmissions at the same time. Our province is soon going to be celebrating Alberta Art Days (September 18th-20th). This is a 3 day celebration of Alberta's art and culture. To participate, we are featuring the following videoconferences:
11:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Quilters Show and Share
This is an opportunity for quilters to join the Redcliff quilters group to discuss and show their projects, techniques and patterns.

2:30 PM -3:15 PM
Author Reading with Betty Jane Hegerat
Canadian literary author Betty Jane Hegerat will speak at the Chestermere Public Library. She is the author of a novel Running Toward Home and a collection of short stories A Crack in the Wall.

Come celebrate the Art in Alberta with these great conferences! Come into the library or call us @ 403-752-4785 to sign up!
